【摘要】 本文从六个方面阐述了分光光度计检定结果的影响因素，包括标准器的选择、波长示值误差和重复性项目波长检定点的选择、仪器的光谱带宽、透射比示值误差和重复性项目波长检定点的选择、标准石英吸收池的配套性、滤光片的状态。检定员只有重视这六个方面的检定细节，才能保证检定结果的准确可靠。

Abstract： This paper expounds the influencing factors of the detection results of spectrophotometer from six aspects， including the selection of the standard device， the wavelength indication error and the selection of the wavelength verification point of the repeatable project， the spectral bandwidth， the transmission ratio error， the selection of the wavelength verification point of the repeatability project and the matching of the standard quartz cell and the state of the filter. Only by attaching importance to the verification details of these six aspects can tester ensure the accuracy and reliability of the verification results.

分光光度计在各行各业都有着广泛的应用，是众多产品质量检测的重要计量器具，其量值的准确可靠对检测结果影响深远。分光光度计的检定依据的是JJG 178-2007《紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计》，主要检定项目有波长示值误差与重复性、透射比示值误差与重复性、光谱带宽、吸收池配套性等。使用到的标准器主要有波长标准物质、透射比标准物质、标准石英吸收池等。本文结合实际工作经验，总结出影响分光光度计检定结果的主要因素，期望对检定人员的工作有所帮助。

分光光度计检定结果的影响因素主要包括六个方面，分别是标准器的选择、波长示值误差和重复性项目波长检定点的选择、仪器的光谱带宽、透射比示值误差和重复性项目波长检定点的选择、标准石英吸收池的配套性、滤光片的状态。

1 标准器的选择

JJG 178-2007中列举了用到的9种波长标准物质的波长示值误差及重复性项目，并对它们适用的波段进行了规定。这里特别要注意“标准干涉滤光片”。它不适用于检定Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级分光光度计。……
