【摘要】 本文从机构数量、区域分布、营业收入、出具检测报告数量、检测领域分布等方面介绍了辽宁省检验检测的市场现状，分析了事业性质检测机构市场化程度较弱、检测资源分布不均、检测领域较窄、检测机构规模小、知名度不高、检测机构重复建设严重等问题，并建议辽宁省检测机构要进一步提高市场经济意识，不断提升服务能力和检测能力，以自身的技术优势积极主动的服务于企业，服务于经济社会。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Institutes of Liaoning Inspection

Abstract： This paper introduces the market status of inspection in Liaoning province from the aspects of the number of institutions，regional distribution，operating income，the number of testing reports and the distribution of detection fields. The problems of weak market level，uneven distribution of testing resources，narrow detection field，small scale of detection institutions，low popularity and serious duplication of inspection institutions were analyzed. And it is suggested that institutions of Liaoning provincial inspection should further improve their market economy awareness，improve their service ability and testing ability， and serve the enterprises actively and actively，and serve the economy and society with their own technical advantages.

检验检测作为一种技术手段，在建筑工程、环保、农业、质检、食品、药品等各个行业中发挥着重要的作用。随着社会的进步和人民生活水平的提高，日益增长的美好生活需要对检验检测行业的发展提出了更高的要求。2011年被国务院作为国家重点发展的八个高技术服务业领域之一的“检验检测服务”首次以一个产业整体被列为高技术服务业重点领域，从国民经济和社会发展的全局高度说明检验检测服务业的重要性，标志着检验检测服务业的发展迎来一个崭新的历史发展机遇。

1 辽宁省检验检测机构现状

根据中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会官方网站统计结果，截止至2016年12月底，辽宁省现有检验检测机构1278家，其中企业性质的机构数量为631家，占全省检验检测机构总数的50%;事业性质的机构数量为249家，占全省检验检测机构总数的19%;行政法人檢测机构4家;非法人单位及其他检测机构394家。实验室总面积152万平米，从业人员34621名，拥有各类仪器设备163848台（套），仪器设备资产原值82.3亿元。……
