[摘要] 目的 观察并分析分步治疗法对血液灌流串联血液透析患者急性并发症的预防作用。方法 方便选取2015年8月—2017年8月期间在该院进行血液灌流串联血液透析的患者60例作为该次研究的对象，以随机的方式将其分为例数相等的两组，对照组（n=30）给予实施常规方法进行治疗，观察组（n=30）给予实施分步治疗法进行治疗，对这两种治疗方法对血液灌流串联血液透析患者急性并发症的预防作用进行对比。结果 观察组患者出现高血压、低血压、凝血、出血以及变态反应等急性并发症发生率（43.33）%显著低于对照组（83.33）%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 分步治疗法对血液灌流串联血液透析患者急性并发症有着良好的预防作用，可有效降低高血压、低血压、凝血、出血以及变态反应等急性并发症的发生率，在临床上具有广泛的应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe and analyze the preventive effect of stepwise therapy on acute complications of hemodialysis patients. Methods Sixty patients with hemodialysis were enrolled in this study from August 2015 to August 2017. The subjects were conveient selected divided into two groups： The control group（n=30） was given routine treatment， while the observation group （n=30） was treated with step-by-step therapy. The preventive effects of these two treatments on acute complications of hemodialysis patients were compared. Results The incidence of acute complications such as hypertension， hypotension， coagulation， hemorrhage and allergy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（43.33% vs 83.33%）. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The stepwise therapy has a good preventive effect on the acute complications of hemodialysis patients， which can effectively reduce the incidence of acute complications such as hypertension， hypotension， blood clotting， hemorrhage and allergy， which has wide application value.

隨着医学技术的不断发展，血液净化技术水平得到了一定的提升，使得终末期尿毒症患者的治疗有了很大的提高，进而延长患者的生存时间，保障其生活质量。而单纯的血液透析对只能清除小分子物质，不能有效清除大分子。血液灌流具有高分子吸附剂，可使患者血清中的微球蛋白、β2、甲状旁腺激素等中大分子有效清除，不过对于水、电解质以及酸碱平衡絮乱的调节有着较大的局限性[1]。血液灌流串联血液透析是通过血液透析之前串联血液灌流器，然后把两种血液净化方式的优势有效结合，并将尿毒症患者体内的毒素进行有效清除，净化机体内环境，有效防治长期透析患者的并发症，提升患者生活质量[2]。……
