摘 要： 大学生就业质量评价过程复杂，而且受到多种因素的影响，传统方法难以获得高精度的大学生就业质量评价结果，为了提高大学生就业质量评价效果，设计了基于层次分析法的大学生就业质量评价方法。首先通过专家的经验建立大学生就业质量评价指标体系，并通过层次分析法对各指标权重进行量化处理，然后采用神经网络对处理后的样本进行训练，建立大学生就业质量评价模型，最后进行实例分析。结果表明，所提方法可以对大学生就业质量进行准确评价，评价结果可信、有效。

College students employment quality evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process

Abstract： The college students employment quality evaluation has complex process， and is affected by many factors. The traditional methods are difficult to obtain the high?precision evaluation results of college students employment quality. In order to improve the evaluation effect of college students employment quality， a college students employment quality evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process （AHP） was designed. The index system of college students employment quality evaluation was established with experts experience. The weight of each index is quantified with AHP. The neural network is used to train the processed samples， and establish the evaluation model of college students employment quality. The instance analysis was performed for the model. The result shows this method can evaluate the employment quality of college students accurately， and its evaluation results are credible and effective.

0 引 言

近年来，随着大学生不断扩招，大学生数量越来越多，而且大学生就业竞争越来越激烈，大学生就业压力也越来越大。相关调查数据显示，大学生就业率不断提升，同时辞职率也高居不下，大学生就业质量到了不容忽视的地步，引起了社会各界的高度关注，因此建立理想的大学生就业质量评价方法具有重要的研究意义[1?3]。

大学生就业质量评价方法的合理性直接影响到评价的优劣，针对大学生就业质量评价问题，各大高校和教育管理部门进行了一系列的研究，提出许多大学生就业质量评价方法[4?5]。基于问卷调查的大学生就业质量评价方法，设计问卷十分关键，但是目前还没有统一的指导理论，导致评价结果的错误比较大，可靠性差[6]。……
