【摘 要】我国经济体制不断变化，也使电力行业的经营管理模式出现了许多变化，因此，电力企业为了应对这些变化，纷纷展开财务管理工作的信息化建设。电力企业财务管理信息化建设工作能够为电力企业的财务信息进行有效整合，进而为电力企业的经营发展和战略决策等相关工作提供帮助。但现阶段的电力企业财务管理信息化建设还存在一些问题，对电力企业的经营管理造成了一定影响。

【Abstract】The continuous change in China's economic system has led to a lot of changes in the management mode of the electric power industry. Therefore， in order to cope with these changes， electric power enterprises have launched the information construction of financial management. The informatization construction of financial management in electric power enterprises can effectively integrate the financial information of electric power enterprises， and then provide help for the development and strategic decision-making of electric power enterprises. But at present， there are still some problems in the construction of power enterprise financial management information， which has a certain impact on the operation and management of the power enterprises.

1 引言

电力企业在国民经济发展过程中发挥着重要作用，电力企业的发展和经营效果与国计民生有紧密的联系。现阶段，我国电力企业正处于深化改革阶段，企业内部结构和经营模式都需要进行调整，因此，加快财务管理信息化建设能够有效推动电力企业的改革进程，进而帮助电力企业更好、更快发展。如今的电力企业财务管理信息化建设不仅仅是进行会计电算化改革，而是需要通过全面引进信息技术，对人员、制度等进行调整，最终实现信息化建设[3]。

2 当前电力企业财务管理信息化建设中面临的问题

2.1 对企业财务管理信息化建设的重视度不强

受到传统经济体制的影响，许多电力企业对财务管理信息化建设工作不够重视，企业财务管理人员在开展相关工作时往往存在错误认识和思想，常常认为信息化财务管理工作就是将传统的纸质记账改为电脑记账。……
