【摘 要】天然气是一种优质、高效、清洁、方便的能源。合理利用天然气资源对于优化余杭地区能源结构，改善当地大气环境，实现节能减排，提高人民生活质量，促进工业产品质量提高，促进国民经济和社会可持续发展，具有十分重要的意义。在此背景之下，文章就此对燃气管道设计施工管理中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了具有针对性的解决措施，内容供相关人士参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】Natural gas is a kind of high quality， high efficiency， clean and convenient energy. The rational utilization of natural gas resources is of great significance for optimizing the energy structure in Yuhang， improving the local atmospheric environment， achieving energy saving and emission reduction， improving the quality of people's lives， improving the quality of industrial products， and promoting the sustainable development of national economy and society. Under this background， the article analyzes the problems existing in the design and construction management of gas pipeline， and puts forward some targeted solutions， which provide reference for the relevant people.

1 引言

当下，燃气管道的设计以及施工建设工作的顺利开展需要施工单位综合多方面的因素来进行，其不仅要保证管道敷设满足人们生产以及生活实际需求，同时还要符合社会的发展。而在燃气管道的设计施工管理过程中，仍然存在亟待解决的问题[1]，为此，需要相关施工单位加强对施工管理制度的建立，并采取针对性的解决措施，从而促进燃气管道工程顺利实施。

2 工程项目

本工程为临东路（雪海路-东湖路）燃气工程（余杭），气源接自雪海路、迎宾路已建中压燃气管道。其中，开挖段燃气管道均采用PE管（SDR17.6，PE100）；定向穿越段燃气管道均采用PE管（SDR11，PE80）。燃气管道主管管径为De250、De200，总长度约为1.5公里，燃气管道采用开挖与非开挖结合的敷设方式，即部分管段采用定向钻穿越。以下就对燃气管道设计施工过程中存在的问题进行分析，并提出有效解决措施。
