【摘 要】近年来，我国经济发展迅速，企业之间的竞争日益激烈，作为企业经济管理的重要组成部分，财务管理不仅关系着企业经济管理中的管理成效，而且对于企业管理的整体发展也具有重要影响。论文对财务管理在企业经济管理中的重要性及现状进行了简要论述，并探讨了规范财务管理在企业经济管理中的作用。

【Abstract】In recent years， China's economy has been developing rapidly， the competitiveness of enterprises has become increasingly fierce. As an important part of the enterprise's economic management， financial management is not only related to the management effectiveness of the enterprise's economic management， but also has an important impact on the overall development of enterprise management.This paper briefly discusses the importance and status of financial management in the economic management of enterprises， and probes into the role of standardizing financial management in the economic management of enterprises.

1 引言

随着市场经济的发展，企业想要在激烈的竞争浪潮中立于不败之地，就应重视自身的内部管理，而在内部管理中财务管理又是其重要方面。因此，重视财务管理，发挥财务管理在企业中的重要作用是提升企业内部管理与企业整体竞争力的重要方式。

2 财务管理在企业经济管理中的重要性

在企业经济管理中，财务管理是重中之重，其对企业中的资产购置、资产通融、现金流通以及利润分配等方面进行详细管理，这些方面与企业的运行状态息息相关，通过财务管理的日常工作就可以得出整个企业在实际运行中的状态。同时财务管理还与企业中的各个部门都具有密切的联系，每个部门的资金支取都要按照财务管理中的规定来执行，并通过财务部门进行实际的资金调度与使用。通过财务部门的管理不仅可以得知企业的运营状态，对企业中各个部门的开销与活动也可以进行详细了解，而这些方面与企业的经济效益与整体盈利均有密切联系[1]。……
