【摘 要】在石油企业管理中，物资管理占据着十分重要的地位，物资管理水平的高低会对石油企业的经济效益产生直接影响。但是，目前石油企业物资管理中还存在不少问题，这就需要对石油企业物资管理展开深入的研究。鉴于此，论文对石油企业物资管理中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了石油企业物资管理优化措施，希望能为相关工作提供一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】In petroleum enterprise management， material management occupies a very important position， the level of material management will have a direct impact on the economic efficiency of oil companies. However， there are still many problems in the material management of petroleum enterprises at present， which requires a deep research on the material management of petroleum enterprises. In view of this， the article analyzes the existing problems in the material management of petroleum enterprises， and puts forward the optimization measures of material management for oil enterprises， hoping to provide certain reference value for related work.

1 引言

在我国，石油企业是十分重要的能源生产企业，与工业生产以及人们的生活具有密切联系，对社会经济效益的提升具有十分重要的影响。物资管理是石油企业管理的重要组成部分，物资管理质量的好坏会对石油企业生产过程产生直接影响，有效的物质管理是保证正常生产的关键。通过开展有效的物资管理工作，对提升企业物资服务效率十分有利，它不但可以使企业投入物资方面的成本降低，同时还能实现企业资源的有效利用，减少企业资源浪费现象的发生。尤其是在新形势下，石油企业的市场竞争压力越来越大，这就需要对石油企业物资管理进行优化，以实现石油企业经济效益的有效提升。

2 石油企业物资管理中存在的问题

2.1 对石油企业物资管理认识不够

在石油企业物资管理的过程中，还存在着对石油企业物资管理认识不够的问题，具体表现为：第一，很多人对石油企业物资管理缺乏正确的认识，对石油企业物资管理的重视程度不足，这就使得物资管理人员的管理水平不高；……
