【摘要】课程体系建设是专业学位研究生教育的关键环节，建设与其能力需求相适应的课程体系对于提升专业学位教育的质量内涵具有重要促进作用。本文具体分析了专业学位研究生的目标定位及能力需求，构建了专业学位能力体系架构，并以此为基础提出了“平台+板块+模块”的课程体系建设方案，对于提升专业学位研究生教育质量具有重要借鉴作用。

【Abstract】As a key link of professional degree graduate education， the curriculum system plays an important role in promoting the quality of graduate education. The paper analyzes the target orientation and ability requirements of professional degree graduate education， constructs the framework of competency system for professional degree graduate education， and then puts forward a construction plan based on “platform & plate & module” curriculum system. The research content of this paper is of important reference to improve the quality of graduate education.

专业学位是针对特定职业领域需求而设置的一种学位类型。随着社会经济的不断发展以及社会分工的日趋精细，社会对职业的技术含量和专业化程度要求越来越高，专业学位研究生的社会需求也变得越来越大。专业学位研究生教育秉承“价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授”的教育理念，应该更加注重学生质量内涵的提升，其课程设置也必需要充分体现职业领域对人才知识与素质能力的要求。

一、专业学位研究生培养目标定位及能力需求分析

2009年，教育部扩大招收以应届本科毕业生为主的全日制专业学位研究生，以培养既掌握专业领域坚实的理论基础和宽广专业知识，又具有较强的解决问题的能力，能够承担专业技术或管理工作，具备良好的职业素养的高层次应用型专门人才。这一招生结构的变化标志着我国研究生教育正式开启了“学术型”与“应用型”并重的人才培养模式。……
