[摘要] 目的 对香砂六君子汤加减与三联疗法联合治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果进行探究。方法 方便选取在该院接受治疗的120例Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者，入院时间为2016年6月—2017年6月，将其根据随机数字表发平均分为试验组和对照组两组，给予对照组患者采用三联疗法治疗，试验组患者在其基础上联合香砂六君子汤加减进行治疗，对比两组患者的疗效以及Hp转阴情况。结果 分别采用不同的方法进行治疗后，试验组患者的治疗总有效率（96.67%）显著高于对照组患者的治疗总有效率（66.67%）；试验组患者的生存质量评分情况均明显低于对照组患者的；观察组患者的Hp清除率（93.33%）显著高于对照组患者的Hp清除率（66.67%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 香砂六君子汤加减与三联疗法联合治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者可显著提高临床疗效，提高Hp转阴率，安全可靠，可以广泛应用。

Effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and Triple Therapy on Hp-related Chronic Gastritis

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis. Methods 120 patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis who were convenient treated in this hospital were enrolled in this study from June 2016 to June 2017， and they were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with triple therapy， and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. The curative effect and the Hp negative condition were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate（96.67%） was significantly higher in the trial group than those in the control group （66.67%） after treatment with different methods. The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group； the Hp clearance rate（93.33%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （66.67%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Xianshuang Liujunzi decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis can significantly improve the clinical curative effect， improve the Hp negative rate， safe and reliable， and it can be widely used.

随着生活节奏的加快、饮食习惯的改变，Hp相关性慢性胃炎的发病率逐年升高，该疾病主要包括慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性弥漫性胃窦炎以及慢性多灶性萎缩性胃炎。主要临床特征为黏液上皮变性以及炎症细胞浸润等。其中，主要致病因素是当患者自身抵抗力低下时，受幽门螺杆菌侵袭所致，因此，该疾病的主要治疗原则为消除幽门螺杆菌[1]。为了探究香砂六君子汤加减与三联疗法联合该疾病的疗效结果，方便选取2016年6月—2017年6月期间在该院接受治疗的120例该疾病患者进行研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
