摘 要：近年来，国家教育部越来越重视贫困地区学生的高等教育发展，特别是乡镇地区。从社会工作的视角来看，这是因为乡镇地区的经济文化发展相对落后，因此该地区的学生和家庭相对贫困。因为他们很少能够获得一些新事物，并且还都处于长期乡镇团体生活，所以来自其他地方的学生很难融入。因此，大学毕业后，乡镇地区的大学生，尤其是贫困学生，发现找工作更加困难。因此，本文分析了当前城乡贫困生的问题和成因，以及当前城乡贫困生高等教育发展存在的问题及原因，阐述了加强乡镇贫困生高等教育发展的对策。

Abstract： In recent years， the ministry of education has paid more and more attention to the development of higher education in poor areas， especially in townships. From the perspective of social work， this is because the economic and cultural development of the township area is relatively backward， so the students and families in the area are relatively poor. Because they rarely get new things and are still living in long-term township groups， it is difficult for students from other places to integrate. Therefore， after graduating from University， college students in rural areas， especially poor students， find it more difficult to find work. Therefore， this paper analyzes the current problems and causes of urban and rural poor students， as well as the existing problems and causes of the development of higher education for urban and rural poor students. This paper expounds the countermeasures to strengthen the development of higher education for poor students in townships.

高等教育的發展是我国高等教育的一个重要方面。因此，乡镇的文化和城市其他地区的文化截然不同，因为它们位于大陆深处，远离经济发达地区，因此，经济也相对落后，文化也相对落后，教育也是相对落后的。而中国仍然还是农业大国，乡镇的大学生较多。因此，如何搞好乡镇贫困大学生的高等教育发展，已成为一些大学的首要问题。

1 城乡贫困大学生存在的问题及原因

1.1 政治信仰不足

由于特殊的地理和文化原因，很多家庭有宗教信仰，但是作为当代大学生应该获取更多的是政治信仰，他们认为我们的宗教信仰不是自由的，因此贫困大学生中的许多人不愿加入党组织，并相信如果他们加入该党，他们将无法相信宗教。……
