摘要：随着经济的发展，人民对精神文明的需求日渐提高，社区承担的教育工作日趋繁琐。该文探讨了借助信息化的手段，通过构建社区教育管理系统，对社区教育从排课至授课进行高效、量化、科学管理，从而促建社区教育的顺利开展。

Abstract： With the development of economy， people's demand for spiritual civilization is increasing day by day， and the education work undertaken by the community is becoming more and more tedious. This paper discusses the use of information technology， through the construction of community education management system， the community education from scheduling to teaching for efficient， quantitative， scientific management， so as to promote the smooth development of community education.

1 社区教育的发展现状

社区教育是指在社区内面向本社区所有成员，开发利用各种资源，提高成员的素质和生活质量，促进成员的全面发展和社区可持续发展的教育活动。随着我国经济的发展，农村人口大量涌入城市社区，他们的文化素质亟待提高。同时老龄化的到来，社区退休人口众多，社区老年大学的需求越来越强烈，这些问题都凸显了社区教育的重要性。

传统的社区教育主要采用两种方式。一种为“一位老师+一间活动室”的面授方式，即在固定的时间内由老师口述讲解传授知识，课程结束后本次教学活动便终止，课后师生互动几乎为零。另一种方式为“广播式网络教学”即由社区工作人员在固定的时间播放录制的教学视频，参与学习的人员被动接受，全程无互动。但随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，知识的更新换代，学习者对于学习过程中趣味性互动性的要求，传统的教育方式已经越来越不符合新形势下的社区教育要求。

教師与社区学员之间的沟通交流更为密切，知识的传播途径也更加的丰富，学员的学习兴趣也大为提高。……
