[摘要] 目的 評价基于大数据分析的智慧型医院集成管理平台建设与应用效果，探讨优化与推广对策。 方法 自2017年1月起，于江苏省常州市第二人民医院（以下简称“我院”）建立基于大数据分析的智慧型医院集成管理平台，涵盖院内数字化信息管理系统以及院外信息化服务平台，比较集成管理平台建立前（2016年1～12月）与建立后（2017年1～12月）医院医疗质量指标、工作量、职工满意度和患者就诊顺利度、满意度、住院日、治疗费用等各项数据变化，评价智慧型医院集成管理平台的应用效果。 结果 2017年我院床位使用率、出院者占用总床日均高于2016年。2017年我院职工满意度较2016年升高，患者就诊顺利度、满意度均较2016年升高，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。2017年我院患者平均住院天数及平均治疗费用均较2016年降低，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 基于大数据分析的智慧型医院集成管理平台能够提高医院运营效率，降低患者住院时间及治疗费用，值得进一步优化与广泛推广建设。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the construction and application effect of integrated management platform of intelligent hospital based on big data analysis and to discuss the optimization and promotion countermeasures. Methods Since January 2017， an integrated management platform of intelligent hospital based on big data analysis has been established in the Second People′s Hospital of Changzhou City （“our hospital” for short）， covering the digital information management system in the hospital and the information service platform outside the hospital. The changes of various data such as the hospital medical quality index， workload， staff satisfaction， patient′s visit smoothness， satisfaction， hospitalization day， treatment cost before （from January to December 2016） and after the establishment of the integrated management platform （from January to December 2017） were compared， and the application effect of the integrated management platform of intelligent hospital was evaluated. Results The utilization rate of beds in our hospital in 2017 and the total bed days occupied by discharged patients were higher than those in 2016. The employee satisfaction in our hospital in 2017 was higher than that in 2016， and the patient′s smooth degree and satisfaction degree were higher than those in 2016， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. In 2017， the average number of days in hospital and the average cost of treatment for patients in our hospital were lower than those in 2016， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated management platform of intelligent hospital based on big data analysis can improve the hospital operation efficiency， reduce the hospitalization time and treatment cost of patients， which is worthy of further optimization and extensive promotion.

我国人口占世界人口的22%，但医疗卫生资源仅占全球的2%，不仅总量严重不足，还存在医疗资源分配不平衡的现状，同时，在互联网技术飞速发展的今天，传统借助人工作业方式进行医疗资源和医院管理存在的弊端愈发凸显[1-2]。基于这一现状，“智慧型”医院的建设迫在眉睫。随着医学进入大数据时代，合理利用与挖掘临床数据，对于提高临床决策和管理水平、优化诊疗质量、降低医疗差错、实现医院精细化管理均有着重要意义[3]。本文就基于大数据分析的智慧型医院集成管理平台的建设与应用效果进行了分析，以期为医院管理效率……
