【摘 要】目的：了解我國护理专业学生人文关怀能力培养文献的研究趋势及热点，为促进我国人文关怀能力培养的教育机制及方法提供参考。方法：计算机检索2003-2017年中国知网、万方、维普数据库收录的学生人文关怀能力培养的相关文献，先运用书目信息共现分析系统（BICOMB）2.0版提取关键词、年份及相应文献量、期刊、作者及机构等参量进行文献计量学分析，并构建高频关键词词篇矩阵；然后将该词篇矩阵导入SPSS18.0进行系统聚类分析。结果：筛选出文献875篇，刊登在100种期刊上，文献量呈逐年上升转稳态发展趋势；发文量最高的前5位作者分别为张金华、张会敏（11篇）和李薇、朱丽丽（各6篇），高频关键词除了“人文关怀”“人文精神”“护理”“人文关怀能力”“学生”外，还有“护生”“教育”“人文素养”“护理教育”等，经关键词聚类分析可分为5类。结论：我国人文关怀能力培养文献量趋于稳定，内容逐步深入，相关研究结论对促进我国护理专业学生人文关怀能力的培养产生了积极影响，但文献多是从理论上进行论述，相关的教育教学改革研究较少。因此，该领域的研究仍需从简单的数据分析转向深入的教育教学改革机制研究，从宏观的政策建议转向微观的具体教学措施，以便更好的加强我国护理专业学生人文关怀能力的培养，切实提高学生的人文关怀素养。

Literature Metrology Analysis of Cultivating the Ability of Students Humanistic Care in China，2003-2017

【Abstract】objective： this study aims to reveal the research trends and hotspots of the literature research on humanistic care ability of our students， and to provide references for the education mechanism and methods for the cultivation of humanistic care in China. Methods： 2003-2017 computer retrieval in cnki database collection of relevant literature of cultivating the ability of students humanistic care， the first use of bibliographic information co-occurrence analysis system （BICOMB） version 2.0 ， extracting keywords， and relevant literature quantity， periodicals， authors and institutions， and build the high frequency keywords word article matrix； The paper was imported into SPSS18.0 for cluster analysis. Results： a total of 875 papers were retrieved and published in 100 journals. Number of top five authors respectively Zhang Jin hua， hui min zhang （11）， and li wei，li ly chu （6）， High frequency keywords in addition to the “humanistic care” and “humanistic spirit” “care” “students”， “humanistic care ability” and “nursing students” “education” “the humanities” “nursing education” and so on， the key word clustering analysis can be divided into five types. Conclusion： the humanistic care ability training literature volume tends to be stable， content gradually thorough， the related research conclusion to promote students' humanistic care ability has a positive effect， but the literature is discussed about more the theory than education teaching reform of related research .Therefore， the research still needs to be shifted from simple data analysis to further the education teaching reform of mechanism research， from macroscopic policy suggestion to micro teaching measures， in order to better strengthen the cultivation of students ability of humanistic care in our country，and improve the students humanities accomplishment.endprint
