摘要：随着共享经济的不断发展，共享理念越来越深入人心。现如今越来越多的年轻人出去旅游不会选择那些高档的酒店或是标准化的旅馆，而是通过网上平台寻找自己喜欢的或者是适合自己的进行短期租赁来解决短期旅游的住宿问题。但是在房屋短租行业兴旺发展的同时也出现了一些问题，例如人与共享经济人之间缺乏信任，房屋的住宿安全，政策的变化等等。本文以小猪短租为例来谈一谈共享经济领域下房屋短租模式的发展现状以及对其发展中出现的问题进行对策研究。通过查阅文献和参考官方资料，我们可以从信任感、安全感、新鲜感和政策支持等方面来改变房屋短租模式的现状。

Abstract： With the continuous development of the shared economy， the concept of sharing has become more and more popular. Nowadays， more and more young people go out to travel instead of choosing high-end hotels or standardized hotels. They use some online platforms to find some of their favorite or suitable short-term rental accommodation to solve the short-term travel problem. However， with the development of shared accommodation， there are some problems， such as the lack of trust between people and shared economy people， the security of housing， and changes in policy. This paper takes piglet short rent as an example to discuss the development status of housing short rent model under the shared economy and to study the problems in its development. By consulting the literature and referring to official sources， we can change the status quo of the short rent model in terms of trust， security， freshness and policy support.

0  引言

近年来，我国共享住宿这个行业的发展速度较快，规模也在逐渐扩大，那些短租平台在不断创新，他们利用科技和人为管理日益完善安全系统，整个市场呈现了一种欣欣向荣的现状。据有关部门统计，2017年我国共享住宿行业交易规模达到145亿元，比16年的规模增长超过70%;提供住宿的几个房屋短租平台在国内的房源数达到300万套。

随着互联网的发展和消费理念的改变，共享住宿成为越来越多人的外出住宿的选择。但现在市场上存在着各种各样的短租平台，我粗略地比较了几个短租平台后选择了小猪短租，以他为例对房屋短租现状以及相应对策进行研究。……
