摘 要 创新创业是经济发展的动力之源，是构建创新型社会的本质要求，大学生作为最具潜力的创新创业人群，大学生创新创业教育近几年受到广泛关注，在理论研究领域和实践环节都取得了新的突破。本文试图从大学生创新创业教育基本内涵、人才培养模式改革、发展中存在的问题三个方面对大学生创新创业教育研究内容进行梳理，为理清大学生创新创业教育发展思路提供借鉴意义。

Abstract Innovation and entrepreneurship are the driving force for the development of economy and the essential requirement of building an innovative society. As the most innovative and entrepreneurial crowd， the college students have made new breakthroughs in both theoretical research and practical aspects， whose innovation and entrepreneurship education have received extensive attention in recent years. This article attempts to sort out the research contents of innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students from three aspects， which include the basic connotation， the reform of personnel training mode， the problems in development. Here provides the reference significance for clarifying the development thought of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.

创新创业教育本质上是一种实用教育，旨在培养具有创业基本素质的人才，面向包括在校学生、社会上打算创业、已经创业及成功创业在内的群体。创新创业教育的基本特征有三个，即创新性、创造性及实践性。高校积极营造良好的创新创业教育氛围，一方面能培养学生的创新创业思维，另一方面也使学生具备必要的创新创业能力。高校创新创业教育引起国内外学者广泛关注，也受到政府高度重视。本文分别从大学生创新创业教育的基本内涵、人才培养模式改革、发展中存在的问题三个方面出发，对大学生创新创业教育研究内容进行综述。
