摘 要 在改革开放、社会快速发展的大背景下，各个区域经济结构处于动态发展变革的状态，尤其是海南地区，其经济基础相对薄弱，在发展中需要不断寻找新的经济增长点。而畜牧业作为海南省农业的重要组成部分，却在长久的发展过程中没有受到重视和应有的投入。海南省儋州市作为海南省的主要畜禽养殖区域，近年来，立足资源优势和发展基础，通过规模化发展、资源化利用，有效地促进了全市畜牧业的发展。但在发展的同时，也面临着一些制约发展因素，如结构不合理，饲养管理粗放，品种杂等问题。为了进一步推进儋州市畜禽业供给侧结构性改革，提高供给结构对市场需求的适应性和灵活性，分析儋州市畜牧业发展现状及存在问题，并针对问题提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract With the rapid development due to the practice of opening policy， the economic structure was undergoing profound changes. Hainan was relatively weak in economic foundation， and continued to seek new economic growth points for Hainan. The animal husbandry was an important part of agriculture in Hainan， but the government didn't pay much attention to and gave necessary investment on it. Danzhou was the main area for animal husbandry in Hainan， where the animal husbandry developed quickly in the recent years by scale development and resources utilization based on the resources superiority. However， some problems existed， such as unreasonable structure， extensive feeding and management， mixed breeds of animals， etc. In order to promote the supply-side structural reform of animal husbandry in Danzhou and improve the adaptation and flexibility of supply-side structure， the present situation and problems of animal husbandry in Danzhou were analyzed， based on which some countermeasures were put forward.

2015 年中央农村工作会议首次提出，通过去库存、降成本、补短板等方式加强农业供给侧结构性改革，重点推动农林牧渔结合、种养加一体、一二三产业融合发展[1]；2016年中央 1 号文件明确提出，“推进农业供给侧结构性改革”，“优化畜禽养殖结构，发展草食畜牧业”。畜牧业供给侧结构性改革的核心也就是根据市场的需求，进行结构调整，优化资源配置，扩大有效供给，提高供给结构对市场需求的适应性和灵活性[2]。为加快推进海南省传统畜牧业向现代畜牧业转型升级，提升核心竞争力，实现可持续健康发展。……
