〔摘要〕[目的/意义]本文对交互记忆系统理论在管理信息系统领域的相关重要研究文献进行梳理与总結，为研究者提供思路和方向。[方法/过程]本文将研究问题归纳为交互记忆系统对团队绩效和知识整合的影响。交互记忆系统对团队绩效的影响可以分为对软件开发团队绩效、虚拟团队工作绩效、团队创新绩效、社交媒体中团队绩效的影响。交互记忆系统对知识整合的影响可以分为对知识共享、知识搜索、知识协作、知识网络、知识转化和知识管理的影响。[结果/结论]针对目前的研究的局限性，未来的研究可以在理论模型、任务类型、时间维度、研究对象、数据获取、研究方法、研究内容等方面取得进展。

Transactive Memory System and its Application and

〔Abstract〕[Purpose/Significance]This paper sorted out and summarized related important literatures of transactive memory system in the fields of the management information system，providing ideas and directions for researchers.[Method/Process]This paper generalized research questions into the influences of transactive memory system on team performance and knowledge integration.transactive memory system influences team performance in several aspects，including the team performance of software development team，virtual team and using social media，and team creative performance；while the influences on knowledge integration can be refined into the influences on knowledge sharing，knowledge searching，knowledge coordination，knowledge network and knowledge transfer.[Result/Conclusion]Facing the limitations of current researches，future research could make progress in theory and model，task types，time dimension，research objects，data acquisition，research methods and research contents.

交互记忆系统（Transactive Memory System，以下简称“TMS”）是用来研究团队内部认知过程及其影响因素和结果变量的重要理论。交互记忆系统的核心思想是必须要了解、协调团队成员的领域知识，才能更好地实现团队协作。

目前已经有不少学者将TMS融入到学术研究之中。在研究内容上，目前最多的是用TMS来研究团队绩效，其次还有知识共享、知识管理、虚拟团队、团队认知等；在研究领域上，大部分集中在企业管理方面，其他的还有心理学、新闻与传媒、管理信息系统等。在这些研究的基础之上，学术界已经开始出现一些TMS的综述性研究。部分学者从要素模型的角度对TMS的研究文献中TMS的前因变量、组成部分、调节变量以及结果变量进行了归纳[1]；……
