摘要：“教学+互联网”是从根上施肥改变教育的方式，强调的是教学内部变化，切实以学生发展为本，依据互联网技术所能提供的新的可能性，构建共享型专业教学资源库并应用实践，遵从教育自身发展规律，灵活运用互联网思维，积极主动地在教学模式、课程内容、学习方式、校企合作、教学运行及管理等多方面谋求变革，应用创新特点突出，示范性强，显著提升了教学质量，取得了良好效果。

Application of Shared Teaching Resources Database Based on Teaching + Internet

Abstract： “Teaching + Internet” is the root of education to change the way of fertilization， the emphasis is to change the internal teaching， student-centered development， Based on the Internet technology can offer new possibilities to construct shared teaching resources and application practice， comply with the law of development of education itself， the flexible use of the Internet thinking， proactive to seek change in the teaching mode， course content， learning mode， school enterprise cooperation， teaching operation and management aspects， application and innovation of outstanding characteristics， strong demonstration， significantly improve the quality of teaching， and achieved good results.

1 “教学+互联网”的科学内涵

2016年政府工作报告2次使用“互联网+”，1次使用“+互联网”，说明根据实际选择使用哪种组合是必要的，也是可能的[1]。教学是以学习者为工作对象和主体的，不同于经济和其他以物为对象的领域，在工业、商业等其他领域或可以用“互联网+”，运用到教学活动时，选择“教学+互联网”更为科学合理[2]。

首先，“教学+互联网”更能揭示教育的本质特征。教学作为一个与学习者密切相关的活动，有着较为严密的组织结构和内在规律，外在环境和各种因素的影响就如同给一株千年古树施肥，依据树的性能、需求和机理去施肥，就能让它枯木逢春，这就是“教学+互联网”思路[2-3]。

其次，“教学+互联网”更能凸显教学的核心地位。从互联网与教学的关系看，无疑教学应该是核心，互联网只是技术和辅助工具，用以延伸现有的教学影响力和价值。

然后，“教学+互联网”更能反映教学的逻辑规律[4]。……
