摘 要：农业文化遗产是历史时期创造并传承利用至今的活态农业生产系统，具有杰出的生态、经济、文化和美学价值，是人类生存智慧的结晶。鉴于它在功能与价值上的稀缺性和示范性，国际和国内相关机构有针对性的开展了相应的抢救性发掘和试点保护行动，安徽省内的两项典型遗产项目成为其保护对象。遗产自身具有的旅游吸引物属性，使其易于与休闲农业与乡村旅游的开发相结合，并且基于合理保护原则之上的适度旅游开发，是学界公认的实施遗产动态保护的重要途径之一。这为安徽省典型农业文化遗产的有效保护和合理利用提供了可行性方案。

Abstract：The agricultural heritage， which actually is active system of agricultural production with symbol of survival wisdow coming down through the past to today.The explore and conservation of the heritage has launched by some organization from domestic and international for the scarcity and example of its function and value.And two of heritage locating in Anhui Province has also become the protected objective.Tourist attractions of the agricultural heritage would have been the element of the leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China and the moderate tourist development basing on principle of conservation is one of method of dynamic conservation of the heritage.

1 引言

农业文化遗产是在大自然中漫长的地质演变与人类历史长河中农业耕作活动等多重作用下形成的人类文明瑰宝。中国作为世界古老的农业大国，有着灿烂的农耕文明历史，沉淀下各种独具地貌与生态特征的农业文化遗产。这些遗产除涵盖一般意义上的农业文化和技术知识外，还包括历史悠久、结构合理的传统农业景观和农业生态系统，且它们至今仍是遗产地居民赖以生息的主要生产方式[1]。例如现存国内著名的浙江青田县“稻鱼共生”系统、贵州从江县侗乡“稻鸭鱼共生”系统、云南红河州哈尼族梯田稻作系统、江西万年县稻作文化系统等等，均已被联合国粮农组织列入“全球重要农业文化遗产”目录[2]。……
