[摘要] 目的 通过调查分析糖尿病患者对社区社会支持服务项目的感知现状，为保障和提高糖尿病患者生存质量提供参考。方法 自行设计调查量表对患者及其居住社区采取随机抽样调查。结果 高档社区提供的社会支持服务项目较为完善；患者对社区糖尿病社会支持服务多数项目的感知率<50%；不同社区居住的患者对社会支持服务项目感知率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），高档社区患者的感知率最高。结论 患者对社区的糖尿病社会支持服务项目整体感知程度较低，感知率与其居住的社区类型有关；加强社区的社会支持服务项目建设和宣传，有利于促进患者自我管理水平和生存质量的提高。

Cognitive Status and Analysis of Patients to the Social Support Service Projects of Community Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the cognitive status of patients to the social support service projects of community diabetes and provide reference for ensuring and improving the survival quality of diabetes patients. Methods The patients and residential communities were randomly investigated by the self-made questionnaire. Results The social support service projects provided by the high-grade community is improved， and the cognitive rate of patients to multiple social support service projects of community diabetes < 50%， and there was an obvious difference in the cognitive rate to social support service projects among patients in different residential communities（P<0.05）， and the cognitive rate of patients in high-grade community was the highest. Conclusion The holistic cognitive degree of patients to the social support service projects of community diabetes is lower， and the cognitive rate is related to the residential community， and enhancing the construction and publicity of social support service projects is conducive to promoting the self-management level and improving the survival quality.

糖尿病是目前威脅全球人类健康的最重要的非传染性疾病之一，不仅对患者身心健康造成损害，同时还导致医疗费用增加、降低其生存质量等[1-2]。社会支持是指个体可从外界（政府相关机构、非政府组织、社区、家庭、社会网络等）获得的物质或精神支持行为或帮助[3-7]。社区作为患者生活的主要区域，其提供的社会支持服务项目对患者健康保障和促进具有重要的作用和意义。该研究拟通过调查患者对社区的糖尿病社会支持服务项目的感知现状，并分析原因，以期为改善和提高糖尿病患者的社会支持服务质量提供参考。

1 对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

三级甲等医院依据“金标准”确诊的糖尿病患者200例。患者居住社区按照物业管理完善程度划分为高档社区（UC，具有完善的物业管理）、中档社区（MC，物业管理松散）和普通社区（GC，缺乏物业管理）3类，各类社区随机2个。

1.2 研究方法

自行设计的患者调查量表包括：患者基本信息（性别、年龄、民族、文化程度、居住地社区类型等）、社区类型和社区的糖尿病社会支持服务项目3个方面；……
