[摘要] 目的 观察糖尿病视网膜病变应用眼底激光与羟苯磺酸钙片联合治疗的效果。 方法 随机抽取2015年10月—2016年12月该院收治的64例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为观察组，给予眼底激光治疗配合羟苯磺酸钙片口服治疗，另64例作为对照组，仅采用眼底激光治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 观察组视力改善有效率、眼底改善有效率均高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 应用眼底激光与羟苯磺酸钙片配合的方式治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者时，具有良好的治疗效果，可明显改善患者视力情况。

Observation on Curative Effect of Fundus Laser Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy and Oral Administration of Clcium Dobesilte Tablets

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of fundus laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy and oral administration of clcium dobesilte tblets. Methods 64 cases of diabetic retinopathy patients from October 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as the observation group， which were treated with fundus laser and oral administration of clcium dobesilte tablets， and 64 cases of patients were selected as the control group， which were treated with fundus laser， and the treatment effect was observed. Results The effective rates of vision improvement and fundus improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of fundus laser and oral administration of clcium dobesilte tablets in treatment of diabetic retinopathy has a good effect， which can obviously improve the vision situation of patients.

糖尿病視网膜病变是糖尿病患者较为常见的并发症之一，属于微血管病变，严重影响患者视力情况，增加致盲风险。临床治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者时，眼底激光治疗为主要手段，但部分患者治疗后视力改善情况并不理想，甚至病变继续进展。研究显示[1]，眼底激光治疗基础上，联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者后，可进一步提升治疗效果，促进患者视力的恢复。该院2015年10月—2016年12月治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者时，即采取眼底激光治疗配合羟苯磺酸钙片口服治疗方式，效果较为理想，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择该院2015年10月—2016年12月接收的糖尿病视网膜病变患者128例，男73例，女55例；年龄43～80岁，平均（58.2±3.7）岁；左眼病变53例，右眼病变50例，双眼病变25例；糖尿病病程6个月～10年，平均（4.6±1.5）年。纳入及排除标准：①符合糖尿病视网膜病变的诊断标准；②患者均为2型糖尿病；③均为轻中度非增殖性视网膜病变；……
