[摘要] 目的 对中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床效果进行研究分析，为临床中医治疗该疾病提供参考。方法 根据2014年12月—2015年10月该院收治的111例糖尿病肾阴虚证患者来分析研究，将患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组55例患者使用单纯糖尿病常规治疗，观察组56例患者使用滋阴补肾中药治疗，对两组的临床治疗效果和血糖水平进行比较分析。 结果 经过治疗，观察组的临床治疗有效率是96.43%，对照组的临床治疗有效率是83.64%；观察组的FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c指标比对照组低，两组的治疗效果和血糖水平对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 糖尿病肾病阴虚证患者接受滋阴补肾中药治疗的效果比较优秀，有效率高，患者症状改善明显，血糖水平平稳下降，因此在临床中具有较高的应用价值，值得推广使用。

Study on Clinical Effect of Nourishing Yin and Reinforcing Kidney Prescription in Treatment of Diabetes Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription in treatment of diabetes kidney yin deficiency syndrome and provide reference for the TCM treatment of the disease. Methods 111 cases of patients with diabetes kidney yin deficiency syndrome treated in our hospital from December 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups， the control group with 55 cases were treated with simple diabetes routine method， while the observation group with 56 cases were treated with nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription， and the clinical treatment effect and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.43% and 83.64%， and the FPG， 2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the differences in the treatment effect and blood glucose level between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription in treatment of diabetes kidney yin deficiency syndrome？is good with high effective rate， which can obviously improve the symptoms of patients and steadily decrease the blood glucose， therefore， it has an application value in clinic， and it is worth promotion and application.

糖尿病史患者的胰岛素抵抗以及胰岛素分泌发生了异常，导致了全身代谢异常的疾病，患者的主要表现就是血糖水平上升。糖尿病患者需要终生治疗，该疾病无法逆转，患病后需要接受血糖控制治疗。我国的人口老龄化程度越来越严重，人们的饮食结构和习惯发生了很大的变化，糖尿病的临床发病率也在不断上升。糖尿病患者需要终生接受治疗，因此其身心健康均受到了较大的影响，生命安全受到威胁，糖尿病肾病阴虚证是糖尿病的并发症，临床发病率比较高，使用糖尿病常規治疗方式不能够获得良好的治疗效果，对患者的身体机能无法带来较大的改善，合理应用中医滋阴补肾治疗方式，能够对肾功能进行改善，降低血糖。此次该院选取了2014年12月—2015年10月收治的111例患者来进行分析研究，均是糖尿病肾病阴虚证患者，探讨中医滋阴补肾治疗的效果，现报道如下。……
