[摘要] 目的 对糖尿病肾病患者采用中西医结合治疗以及中医特色护理进行分析和探讨。方法 选取该院2016年5—12月患有糖尿病肾病的患者70例，随机分为观察组和对照组，在两者都使用中西医结合治疗的前提下，其中观察组37例采用中医特色护理方法，对照组33例采用一般护理方式，对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果 通过比较两组患者治疗前后的效果，观察组明显高于对照组，取得显著成效。结论 在糖尿病肾病患者使用中医特色护理，能够有效减缓糖尿病肾病的进展速度，在一定程度上提高了治疗效果。

Analysis of Application Effect of TCM Special Nursing in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of TCM special nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 70 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from May to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the observation group with 37 cases adopted the TCM special nursing method， while the control group with 33 cases adopted the general nursing method， and the precondition was the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine， and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group， and the effect was obvious. Conclusion TCM special nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively relieve the progress rate of diabetic nephropathy and improve the treatment effect to a certain degree.

对于糖尿病患者来说，最容易引起的并发症就是糖尿病肾病，它形成的主要原因是糖尿病发生微血管病变，通常的表现形式为：高血压、水肿、蛋白尿、肾功能受损，有甚者出现肾功能衰竭，而这一原因是直接影响糖尿病患者死亡的关键因素。根据调查显示，现阶段，我国大约有5 000万糖尿病患者正在饱受疾病的危害。所以，为了防止更多糖尿病肾病患者的出现，需要提前做好预防措施。伴随着医学界的快速发展，中西医结合治疗和中医特色护理也得到了很好的发展，将其应用于糖尿病肾病中，有效的延缓和控制病情，现分析2016年5—12月该院收治的糖尿病 肾病患者70例的临床资料，报道如下。
