[摘要] 目的 研究并分析在臨床诊治妊娠期糖尿病患者的过程中，检测TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ的表达水平，评价其诊断价值。方法 选择2016年4月—2017年4月于该中心同级别的人民医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象，随机抽取128例作为该研究对象，分别检测TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ两种指标的表达水平并评价诊断意义。结果 通过Real-time PCR和WB检测两组孕妇的TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ的mRNA和蛋白表达水平发现，其在试验组中的表达水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床诊治妊娠期糖尿病患者的过程中，TGF-β2和TGFβR II细胞因子的表达水平与病情的进展密切相关，可作为其早期诊断的重要辅助指标之一，应广泛推广。

Expression and Significance of TGF-β2 and TGFβR Ⅱ in Patients with Diabetes during Pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβR Ⅱ in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes during pregnancy and evaluate its diagnosis value. Methods 128 cases of patients with diabetes during pregnancy admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects and the expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβRⅡ were respectively tested and the diagnosis significance was evaluated. Results The mRNA and protein expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβR Ⅱ were tested by the Real-time PCR and WB， and the expression levels in the test group were obviously higher than those in the control group， and the differences were obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβR II cell factors are related to the disease progress in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TGF-β2 and TGFβR II， which can be used as an important adjunctive index and can be widely promoted.

作为临床代谢病之一的妊娠期糖尿病，简称GDM，是一种发生在妊娠期间的疾病，患者以糖代谢异常为主要发病机制，近些年，GDM的发病率呈显著增高趋势。有研究显示，GDM可对母婴的近期和远期均产生一定的影响，如可诱发母体发生子痫或是提升剖宫产的机率，可对增加巨大儿或是低血糖胎儿的分娩机率，严重影响母婴结局[1]。为此，该研究选取2016年4月—2017年4月收治的128例患者作为研究对象，旨在在临床诊治妊娠期糖尿病患者的过程中，检测TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ的表达水平，评价其诊断价值，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

该次研究选择2016年6月—2017年6月于该中心同级别的人民医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象，仅对患者的病案进行回顾性调查研究，通过对病案中数据的分析进行实证研究。随机抽取128例作为该研究试验组对象的试验组。年龄：介于22～39岁之间，以（29.12±2.76）岁为平均年龄；孕周：介于27～39周，并以（38.05±2.34）周为平均孕周；……
