[摘要] 目的 探究甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖联合治疗老年人糖尿病的临床疗效，为医学提供治疗经验，帮助老年人糖尿病患者尽早摆脱疾病的困扰，恢复身体健康，拥有高品质的生活。 方法 选择该院自2015年12月—2016年12月确诊为老年糖尿病的患者资料100例，并将这100例患者采用随机分配的方式分为两组，所以每组人数均为50例。将这每组50例的两组患者分别命名为观察组与对照组。对照组的患者采用阿卡波糖的治疗方式进行治疗，而观察组的患者则在采用阿卡波糖治疗的基础上联合甘精胰岛素进行配合治疗。一段时间的治疗结束之后，比较两组患者的身体反映情况，进行数据对比，以得出有效結论。 结果 两组患者在一段时间的治疗结束之后，对比两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等等数据情况，均显示出观察组的数据情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 采用甘精胰岛素与阿尔卡波糖联合治疗老年人糖尿病具有有效的治疗疗效，能够迅速恢复患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖以及糖化血红蛋白等等，将数据恢复至正常情况。这种治疗方式安全性高、疗效好，具有较高的依从性，也能够有效的提高患者的治疗满意度，建议临床上广泛使用这种方式造福老年人糖尿病患者。

Research on Clinical Curative Effect of Insulin Glargine and Acarbose in Treatment of Senile Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of insulin glargine and acarbose in treatment of senile diabetes and provide treatment experience for medicine， help senile diabetes patients get away from the diseases， recover the physical health and own a high-quality life. Methods 100 cases of senile diabetes patients confirmed in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the control group were treated with acarbose， while the observation group were treated with insulin glargine and acarbose， and the physical conditions were compared after a period of treatment. Results After a period of treatment， the fasting blood glucose， 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The insulin glargine and acarbose in treatment of senile diabetes is effective， which can rapidly recover the fasting blood glucose， postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients and recover the data to normal， and the safety of the treatment method is high with good curative effect and high compliance， and it also can effectively improve the treatment satisfactory degree of patients， and it is suggested to be widely used in order to benefit the senile diabetes patients.

老年人糖尿病是一种进程缓慢的长期性疾病，导致糖尿病出现的原因多是由于患者长期的高血糖引起血管变型、神经病变等等，严重影响患者的生活质量。在这个过程中，很容易导致患者的心、脑、肾等器官逐渐功能消退，甚至到达功能衰竭的地步，具有较高的危险性。且老年人糖尿病在老年人群体当中的得病率极高，据数据统计，中国老年人糖尿病的患病概率在老年人群体当中高达53.7%，只有采用最佳的治疗疗效，保证患者从饮食、药物、运动、生活习惯等等方面进行改善，提高患者的药物疗效，才能够保证患者迅速恢复身体摆脱糖尿病的疾病危险。……
