摘 要：本文首先介绍了津南区都市型现代农业的发展现状，然后指出了津南区都市型现代农业发展中存在的问题：1.土地资源越来越少，制约着都市型现代农业发展；2.产业化发展缺乏可靠的资金支持；3.农村劳动力的综合能力整体偏低；4.农业产业化经营活力较弱。最后针对存在的问题，提出了大力发展津南区都市型现代农业的建议。

Urban Modern Agriculture Research about Tianjin Jinnan District Development

Abstract： This paper introduced the urban modern agriculture development present situation in Jinnan district， and then pointed out the urban problems that existed in the development of modern agriculture in Jinnan district.Firstly， the land resources were less and less， which restricted the development of urban modern agriculture. Secondly， the lack of reliable financial support for the development of industrialization. Thirdly， the overall ability of the rural labor force was overall low. Fourthly， the vitality of agricultural industrialization was weak. Finally， based on the existing problems， put forward some suggestions to develop the modern agriculture in Jinnan District.

我国现在农业发展中的热点问题是怎样发展都市型现代农业，那么什么是都市型现代农业呢？一般把都市型现代农业看作是工业化和城市化发展到一定程度的农业现象，它与当地的社会、政治、经济和文化发展息息相关。都市型现代农业是大城市现代农业的表现形式，它不仅能够有效地传承农业文化，而且成为了大城市可持续发展的润滑剂和大城市郊区发展的新的经济增长点。随着中国农业的迅速发展，都市型现代农业已经成为我国大城市郊区农业的主要发展模式。

1 津南区都市型现代农业发展现状

津南区是天津市的环城四区之一，位于天津市东南部，气候属于暖温带大陆季风型气候，光照充足，四季明显。津南区面积约为387.84万 hm2，耕地面积1.47 万hm2，人口63万，有咸水沽、双港、八里台、小站、葛沽、辛庄、北闸口和双桥河8个镇区。津南区距离市中心12 km，距离火车站27 km，距离天津港30 km，距离滨海国际机场20 km，多条高速公路纵贯津南区。……
