【摘 要】从概念上来说，医院文化是医院全体员工在特定的条件下创造出来的物质财富与精神财富的总和。医院文化建设是加强医院内部管理的前提，而思想政治工作是加强医院文化建设的前提，两者的结合反映的是医院的核心价值体系，展示的是医院的精神内涵。从某种意义上来说，也只有两者进行结合，才能够实现医院的和谐发展。在外资逐渐被引入医疗市场，市场化的经营管理理念逐渐深入到医院日常工作中的今天，做好这部分工作尤为重要。

【Abstract】Conceptually， the hospital culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by the hospital staff under specific conditions. Hospital culture is the premise of strengthening the internal management of the hospital， and the ideological and political work is the premise of strengthening the construction of hospital culture， the combination of the two reflects the core value system of the hospital， and shows the hospital spirit. In a sense， only to combine the two can achieve the harmonious development of the hospital. As the foreign capital was gradually introduced into the medical market， the market management idea gradually deep into the daily work in the hospital today， it is very important to do this part of the work well.

1 引言

医院是社会的一个基本功能细胞，对和谐社会的构建过程能够起到持续、稳定的推动作用。从医院思想政治工作入手，强化医院文化建设，对医院的发展有着非常重要的意义。但结合实际分析，要真正实现这一目标还需要面对很多问题，本文中笔者结合日常的工作经验，对这类问题进行了总结，希望能够对相关工作的落实有所帮助。

2 医院文化建设与思想政治工作的基本概述

2.1 医院思想政治工作不是抽象的说教

思想政治工作在不同时期或者主体不同都会呈现出不同的特点，更会随着时代的发展而被注入新的内涵。处在21世纪这个开放包容的社会，医院思想政治工作必须不断探索，必须坚持创新，坚持以人为本的工作原则，把相互尊重、相互理解放在首位，从而使员工之间呈现出平等和谐的关系。……
