【摘 要】低渗气藏开发相对于常规气藏开发而言，具有投资大、成本高、经济效益差和风险性大的特征。因此，针对低渗气藏的开发而言，气藏开发的成本高低直接关系到开发的成功与否，低成本开发是低渗气藏规模效益开发的核心基础。论文通过对低渗气藏开发的成本构成内容及其会计处理分析进行研究，弄清低渗气藏开发的成本结构，从而为低渗气藏开发的成本控制提供基础。

【Abstract】 Compared with conventional gas reservoir development， low permeability gas reservoir has the characteristics of large investment， high cost， poor economic benefit and high risk. Therefore， for low permeability gas reservoir development， the cost of gas reservoir development is directly related to the success of development， low cost development is the core foundation of the scale development of low permeability gas reservoir. In this paper， the cost structure， content and accounting treatment of low permeability gas reservoir development are studied， and the cost structure of low permeability gas reservoir development is clarified， so as to provide the basis for cost control of low permeability gas reservoir development.

1 引言

我国已发现的气藏大多属于中、低渗透储层，并且低渗透、特低渗透储层占有相当的比例。据统计，我国在可开采天然气资源量中埋藏深度超过3500m的低渗透、特低渗透气藏占总量的58.39%。低渗气藏与常规气藏相比，单井产量低、递减快、单井控制储量小、低压低产期长、单井累产量少，气藏采收率低、经济效益差。经济有效地开发此类气藏具有重要的现实意义。低渗气藏开发相对于常规气藏开发而言，具有投资大、成本高、经济效益差和风险性大的特征。因此，针对低渗气藏的开发而言，气藏开发的成本高低直接关系到开发的成功与否，低成本开发是低渗气藏规模效益开发的核心基础。通过对低渗气藏开发的成本构成内容、成本结构的分析研究，弄清低渗气藏开发的成本结构，从而为低渗气藏开发的成本控制措施制订奠定基础。
