摘要： 在“互联网+”时代背景下，信息化教育发展到了一个新的阶段，高职教育受到了很大挑战。本文分析“互联网+教育”背景下高职计算机教师面临的困难和挑战，研究高职计算机教师智慧发展有效途径，为高职教师智慧发展探索道路。

Abstract： In the "Internet+" era， the development of information technology education has gone into a new stage， and higher vocational education is facing a great challenge. This paper analyzes difficulties and challenges faced by higher vocational computer teachers under the background of the "Internet+education"， and studies the effective way of higher vocational computer teachers' wisdom development， so as to explore the way for the development of higher vocational teachers' wisdom.

0 引言

随着互联网的飞速发展，高职教育正面临着前所未有的挑战。这一挑战在计算机相关专业尤为严峻。高职计算机教师怎样才能顺应“互联网+教育”的浪潮，进一步提升专业素养使高职教育变得更加具有智慧和活力是一项新的课题[1]。

1 高职计算机教师发展面临的困境

为满足社会需求，高职计算机教育面临不断扩展专业领域，更新专业知识的繁重任务。因此，相比其他专业来说，高职院校的计算机教师承受的压力更大，所要付出的努力更多。高职计算机教师发展主要面临以下困境：

1.1 不断扩展的专业领域影响了高职教师的职业适应和职业能力发展 计算机相关领域新技术层出不穷，市场对人才的需求也在不断发生变化。为了不出现教学内容与岗位实际需要脱节，高职计算机教师需要投入大量的时间和精力学习新技术，而不断调整的专业和不断更新的新技术降低了高职教师在专业上能达到的高度，这对高职院校计算机教师带来了很大的挑战[2]。

1.2 收入偏低，职称评定困难 高职计算机教师面临着许多困难和艰辛。……
