摘要： 创新创业人才培养已成为我国高等教育的重要目标，产学研结合是高校创新创业人才培养的重要途径。通过分析航空类高校工程管理专业的开办情况和国内高校产学研结合培养工程管理专业创新创业人才的现状，总结了航空类高校工程管理专业人才培养的现状，结果还表明国内高校产学研结合培养工程管理专业创新创业人才尚处于探索阶段。基于产学研结合的视角，构建了航空类高校工程管理专业创新创业人才培养模式，可以为高校工程管理专业创新创业人才培养提供借鉴。

Abstract： The innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation is the important goal of the higher education in China. The industry-university-research institute cooperative is the important approach of the innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation in the university. By analyzing the situation of the engineering management major in the aeronautics university and the engineering management major talents cultivation in the domestic university based on the industry-university-research institute cooperative， it summarized the actualities of the engineering management major talents cultivation in the aeronautics university. And it indicated that the innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation in the domestic university based on the Industry-University-Research Institute Cooperative are still in the situation of the exploration. Based on the industry-university-research institute cooperative， the research established the innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation mode of the engineering management major in the aeronautics university. The research results provide the reference to the innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation of the engineering management major in the domestic university.

0 引言

教育部于2010年5月印发的《教育部关于大力推进高等学校创新创业教育和大学生自主创业工作的意见》（以下简称“意见”）提出了：大力推进高等学校创新创业教育工作。[1]国务院办公厅于2015年5月印发了《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》（以下简称“实施意见”），“实施意见”全面部署了深化高校创新创业教育改革工作。[2]可见，创新创业人才的培养已成为我国政府和教育主管部门大力鼓励和推进的工作，也是推动高校人才培养“供给侧改革”的重要措施。

民航业在我国经济社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用，它已经成为重要的战略产业。2012年7月国务院发布的《国务院关于促进民航业发展的若干意见》（国发（2012）24号）提出了民航业发展的主要任务包括：加强机场规划和建设。……
