摘要： 技术与科技的进步，衍生了许多便利的助手，BIM就是建筑工程领域创新的一个代表，现今BIM技术与大数据相结合，结合数字技术，已经带来太多的惊叹，我们正好赶上这个时代的机遇。但是，机遇与挑战不断地在市场上激烈演变，每天都有企业出现或消失，BIM技术的到来更多的像是现有建筑体系中的一次改革，这次的浪潮给行业带来的不仅是制度和利益的透明化，也是人们未来在选择中起重要作用的一个考虑因素，随着一切的透明化，更多的是无利可图，小企业资本能力和资源不如大型企业，在这场持久战中处于弱势，但是这更多像是一次洗牌，优胜劣汰，太过透明的行业，势必造成未来行业领域的垄断，这对市场长久的运作是不利的。

Abstract： A number of convenient tools derive from science and technology progress. BIM is a representative of innovation in the field of construction. Today BIM technology combined with big data has brought too much amazement， and we just catch up with the opportunity of this era. However， opportunities and challenges continue to evolve in the market， and every day there are enterprises emerging or disappearing， so BIM technology is more like a reform of the existing building system， which not only brings transparency of system and interests， but also is a consideration for people's choice in the future. With all the transparency， all industries become unprofitable. Small enterprises are in a weak position in the protracted war due to lack of capital and resources. But this is more like a reshuffle. Too transparent industry is bound to cause future monopoly of the industry， which is unfavorable to the long-term operation of the market.

1 BIM与经验技术之间的本质区别

经验技术侧重于传承，在人们最初摸索的时候，确实需要传承，将来之不易的经验道理传承下去，帮助人类进步，正如中华文化传承了千年并一直延续下去。但是现今这个极具诱惑的年代，经验并不会完全被传授，各方在接收讯息的时候会发生自体改变，在传导阶段，各方仍会有所保留，这就会造成资源得不到共享，所以在建筑领域有时候学习的过程是很漫长的，需要经过长时间的自我摸索，才能形成自己的一套系统，长此以往不断循环。
