农村土地流转意愿及影响因素分析
——基于盐山县农村的样本考察

基于河北省盐山县143个农户的调查数据，建立了二元Logistic回归分析模型，对农户的土地流转意愿及影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现，农户对农地的流转意愿总体上比较强烈，愿意进行土地流转的农户在调查中占有较高的比重；农户进行土地流转的意愿受家庭收入来源、文化程度、家庭年收入、对土地的认知、政策等多种因素的影响。针对土地流转中存在的问题，提出了相应的对策和建议，以期促进农地流转的有序进行。

Abstract： According to the data of sampling investigation on 143 farmers in Yanshan county, Hebei province, the author conducted an empirical analysis of farmer’s land circulation willingness and its influencing factors by building binary Logistic regression analysis model. It was found that most of farmers generally had a strong willingness to circulate rural land, and they occupied a high proportion in the investigated farmers. The farmer’s land circulation willingness was influenced by many factors, such as family income source, educated degree, yearly family income, cognition to land, and policy. Aiming at the existent problems in rural land circulation, this paper put forward some suggestions for promoting the orderly circulation of rural land.

0 引言

家庭承包责任制是一个非常重要的农地制度，它充分赋予了农民生产经营决策的权利，使农民成为生产经营活动决策的主体[1]。这在很大程度上提高了农民的生产积极性，同时也对促进农业生产效率的提高和推动我国国民经济的发展具有非常重大的意义。

随着农村土地承包经营权流转在全国范围内的推进，对此问题展开研究的学者越来越多。王朝华等[2]对农村土地流转的重要意义进行了分析；凌斌[3]对土地流转模式进行了研究；侯艳[4]分析了推行农村土地流转的主要障碍。归纳现有文献，学者对影响农户土地流转的影响因素主要集中在以下几个方面：一是区域经济发展水平对土地流转具有显著影响。……
