摘 要 毛泽东为人民服务思想有着深刻的政治文化内涵，以中国传统伦理文化中的精华民本部分为其思想渊源，以马克思主义群众史观为理论根基，以革命战争年代的具体时势为实践基础，成为共产党执政的宝贵思想精神财富，是马克思主义中国化的重要理论成果，毛泽东群众观的重要组成部分。当今青年学作为中国特色社会主义建设的生力军，发扬和传承毛泽东“为人民服务”的精神，对培养青年学生的精神家园、主体德性及自由全面发展都有重要的意义。

Its Enlightenment to Young Students

Abstract Mao Zedong's thought of serving the people has profound political and cultural connotation，It takes the essence of Chinese traditional ethical culture as its ideological origin， takes Marx's theory of historical materialism as its theoretical foundation， and takes the Revolutionary War era as its practical basis，which became the Communist Party in power of the precious ideological wealth and spiritual wealth.Mao Zedong is an important theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism， which is an important part of the mass view of the people of Marx. Youth student as a new force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics，It is of great significance to develop and inherit the spirit of "serving the people"， which is of great significance to the cultivation of the spiritual home of the young students.

毛澤东在《为人民服务》一文中指出：“我们这个队伍完全是为着解放人民的，是彻底地为人民的利益工作的。”①毛泽东为人民服务思想在于诠释党组织和党员为了人民而进行的实干，反映出我们党正确对待革命理论与实践、对待人民群众的科学立场。毛泽东为人民服务观点以中国优秀的传统文化为理论渊源，将马克思主义群众史观与中国优秀传统文化精髓、中国革命和建设的具体现实相融合，在总结革命问题和经验的基础上，提出了为人民服务的思想，是我们党宝贵的精神财富。

1 以中国传统民本思想为理论渊源

1.1 为人民服务的思想是对民本思想的继承
