摘 要 随着我国网络信息化与知识经济的快速发展，我国各级各类图书馆管理都面临着众多的机遇与挑战。作为图书馆管理人员要与时俱进，不断积极探索图书馆管理系统的创新与发展，不断推进图书馆的信息化与管理系统建设，才能适应现代社会的发展需求。本文主要阐述了我国图书馆管理创新是时代发展之需，加强图书馆的管理思想观念、体制与机制、组织机构与服务、制度与方法、人才资源等几个方面的创新，图书馆管理工作只有与时俱进地进行管理创新，才能适应我国现代化发展需求。

How to Innovate and Develop Library Management System in China

Abstract With the rapid development of network information and knowledge economy in China， the management of libraries at all levels in China faces many opportunities and challenges. As the library management personnel must keep pace with the times， actively explore the innovation and development of library management system， continuously promote the library informatization and management system construction， in order to adapt to the development needs of modern society. This paper mainly expounds the innovation of library management in China is the development of the times to strengthen the management of innovation ideas， library system and mechanism， organization and service， system and method， human resources and other aspects of the work of library management， only to keep pace with the times in order to adapt to the needs of management innovation， the development of China's modernization.

随着我国信息化和网络技术的快速发展，随着知识经济的快速崛起，我国各级各类图书馆也遭遇了前所未有的挑战与发展机遇。在大数据时代下图书馆也要进行信息化建设，积极进行管理系统的更新换代，加强自身结构调整和优化图书馆服务功能，加强新形势下的数据库建设，加强与数据库商和出版商在数字化资源方面的合作与开发，不断整合各种技术资源，努力提高自身软硬件建设水准，充分发挥图书馆现代化服务效能，不断创新图书馆管理思想与观念，加强管图书馆理体制建设，提高图书馆服务效能，积极创新与发展图书馆组织机构、管理机制与制度和人力资源等，最终完成现代化图书馆转型任务。我国图书馆管理创新是时代发展需要，更是国家图书馆体系建设要求，所以加强图书馆知识、技术、知识传播和知识应用等系统创新，势在必行，这些系统创新都要跟得上国家创新体系组织结构的创新。……
