【摘 要】高校辅导员往往身兼数职，主要围绕学生的生活、学习和工作展开教育，目的在于把学生培养成符合社会发展需求的高素质人才。为了完成立德树人的根本任务，高校辅导员要在教育活动中不断渗入政治思想，保证育人工作的全方位和全过程化。高校辅导员职业能力，对于学生的影响较大，基于此，论文对高校辅导员职业能力提升困境和对策进行了分析，以供参考。

【Abstract】College counselors are often employed in several positions， mainly focusing on students' life， study and work. The purpose is to train students to meet the needs of social development of high-quality talents. In order to accomplish the fundamental task of morality education， college counselors should put the ideological and political education in the educational activities， to ensure all-around and whole process educational work. The professional ability of college counselors has a great influence on students. Based on this， this paper analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures of promoting the professional ability of college counselors.

1 引言

高校辅导员身份比较特殊，既是学生的工作的引导者和组织者，又是学生工作的实施者[1]。高校辅导员的工作包含多个层面，需要不断引导学生进行自我管理，并进行教育和服务，在高校中扮演著十分重要的角色。高校辅导员的举动会对学生产生直接影响，其能力的高低会直接改变学生学习行为和生活行为。新时期，学生时代特征比较鲜明，个性较为突出，管理难度加大，这些因素对高校辅导员的职业能力提出了更高的要求，因此加强高校辅导员职业能力相关问题研究是大势所趋。

2 高校辅导员必须具备的职业能力

人们对于高校辅导员提出的要求较多，可以把辅导员职业能力分为四类（见图1），主要是教导能力、管理能力、分析和心理调控能力以及个人发展能力。其中教导能力由职业规划、就业指导和学习指导能力组成。管理能力一般包括：班级建设管理和学生日常事务管理。……
