[摘要] 目的 探讨骨科临床护理中使用负压封闭引流术（VSD）方法和效果。 方法 随机选择2016年3月—2017年3月来该院接受治疗的100例复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损、开放性骨折术后感染接受手术清创的患者作为研究对象，按照随机分组法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组患者有50例，对照组患者选择常规护理，实验组患者在接受常规护理的基础上配合持续封闭负压引流敷料覆盖其创面，并且对其中心负压持续引流治疗，在1周之后，对敷料进行拆除，并对其实施游离植皮手术，对患者护理效果进行比较和分析。 结果 100例患者接受系统科学的护理之后产生显著的效果，其中对照组患者护理有效率为74%（37/50），实验组患者护理有效率为94%（47/50），两组患者护理前后差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 选择VSD治疗损伤创面，能夠更好地清楚坏死组织、分泌物，从而降低机体对坏死组织、毒素吸收，从而减轻患者出现局部水肿的现象，让其血液循环得到改善，降低创面愈合的时间，并且降低综合医疗费用，属于理想的引流方法，值得在今后临床护理中使用和推广。

Analysis of Nursing of Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the Clinical Application in the Department of Orthopedics

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the method and effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the clinical application in the department of orthopedics. Methods 100 cases of infection patients with complex traumatic skin and soft tissue defect after the open fracture surgery and treated with debridement in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were random selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing， the experimental group adopted the VSD on the basis of the control group， after 1 week， the patients were treated with free skin graft surgery， and the nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results The systematic and scientific nursing of patients can produce an obvious effect， and the nursing effective rate in the control group and in the experimental group was respectively 74%（37/50） and 94%（47/50）， and the difference before and after nursing between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion The VSD in treatment of wound can better clear the necrotic tissues and secretions thus reducing the organs absorption of necrotic tissues and toxin， reduce the wound healing time and general medical cost， and it is an ideal drainage method， and it is worth promotion and application in the future clinical nursing.

负压封闭引流作为临床护理中处理浅表层创面、深部引流的方法，其临床合理应用能够清除创面、腔隙分泌物以及坏死组织，属于外科引流方法的革新，其能够让被引流区域实现“零集聚”，虽然在腔隙较大状况下，也能够因为高负压存在而缩小其范围，有利于改善患者存在的水肿现象，刺激其肉芽组织更快成长[1]。为了进一步探究骨科临床护理中使用负压封闭引流术（VSD）方法和效果，现随机选择2016年3月—2017年3月来该院接受治疗的100例复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损、开放性骨折术后感染接受手术清创的患者作为研究对象，现报道如下。……
