【摘 要】现代企业经济管理是提高企业管理效率，促进企业高速发展的重要手段。很多传统企业都意识到经济管理的重要性，开始引进先进的管理理念和管理模式，但是现代企业经济管理中还存在很多问题。文章立足于我国现代企业经济管理，简单分析了企业经济管理中存在的一些问题，并针对这些问题提出相对的解决方案，为现代企业经济管理的发展提供一些参考。

【Abstract】Modern enterprise economic management is an important means to improve the management efficiency of enterprises and promote the rapid development of enterprises. Many traditional enterprises are aware of the importance of economic management and start to introduce advanced management concepts and management models， but there are still many problems in modern enterprise economic management. The article based on the modern enterprise economic management in our country， simply analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise's economic management， and puts forward relative solutions to solve these problems， and provides some references for the development of the modern enterprise economic management.

1 引言

现代企业经济管理是指建立完善的经济管理机制，规划和管理企业的内部资金，提高企业的经济管理效率，促进企业的发展。目前我国企业经济管理需要与社会经济保持相互契合，顺应市场的发展，随着企业规模的不断扩张，科学合理的经济管理组织架构就越发必要，要根据公司实际情况和需要制定适合公司的组织架构和制度体系。[1]同时，管理者也需要很强的执行力制定、落实和改善经济制度。但是我国的企业管理还存在很多问题需要进一步发展。

2 现代企业经济管理中存在的问题

随着企业的发展，我国现代企业的经济管理也在逐渐完善，但是仍然存在很多问题，笔者从以下几方面对我国现代企业经济管理中存在的问题做简要的分析。

2.1 企业管理职责不明确

随着国家经济的不断发展，我国很多企业从“小作坊”发展成规模很大的集团，企业的组织架构和关系都比过去复杂，在管理上也更加困难[2]。……
