摘 要：指标体系设计既是体育社团社会资本理论研究的重点，又是实证研究的基础。在借鉴现有社会资本指标体系研究成果的基础上，结合体育社团的实际情况，遵循理论与实践相结合、主观与客观指标相结合、科学性与可行性相结合的原则，主要运用文献研究法及德尔菲法，设计了包括3个一级指标、6个二级指标、33个三级指标的体育社团社会资本指标体系。3个一级指标分别是结构型社会资本、关系型社会资本和认知型社会资本，6个二级指标分别是社团构成、合作关系、信任程度、关系密切程度、共同愿景和共同语言。

Abstract： Index system designing is the key point of theoretical research and the basis of empirical research about sports association social capital. On the basis of the existing research results of social capital index system， combined with the actual situation of sports associations， following the principles of the combination of theory and practice， the combination of subjective and objective， the combination of scientific and feasibility， and mainly using the research methods of literature review and Delphi， the index system of sports association social capital was designed including 3 first level indexes， 6 second level indexes and 33 level third indexes. The 3 first level indexes are structural social capital， relational social capital and cognitive social capital， and the 6 second level indexes are community composition， partnership， trust degree， close degree， common vision and common language.

20世紀80年代的体育社团实体化改革为我国体育社团管理体制创新奠定了基础。例如《体育事业发展“十二五”规划》指出要“理顺体育行政部门与社会团体的关系，建立符合中国国情的体育社团管理体制”，2012年开始民政部门也着力加强体育类社会组织建设，采取的措施包括推行登记改革、完善扶持政策、依法加强监管等[1]；但是，由于“社团作为民间社会力量，从根本上说社会资源是其安身立命之本”[2]，因此，体育社团仅仅依靠政府资助难以发展壮大，需要提高自身的造血能力，而社会资本的利用则是非常重要的一环。社会资本作为一个成熟的理论已被广泛应用于社会组织研究领域，同样适合于体育社团研究。……
