[摘要] 目的 探究护理质控在护理管理中的重要性。 方法 将2014年1月～2016年12月经我院诊治的1652例住院患者随机纳入对照组、观察组两组，对照组给予常规护理管理，观察组实施护理质控管理，对比分析两组护理满意度、日常生活能力及焦虑、抑郁等心理状态变化情况。 结果 实施护理质控管理后，观察组护理后患者生活质量明显改善，且患者的CD-RICS（70.39±5.78）分、ADL评分（55.93±4.92）分与对照组患者的（61.29±4.19）分、（47.39±3.87）分相比明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理后患者的SAS、SDS评分（37.90±3.31）分、（36.48±3.11）分明显优于对照组患者的（45.39±3.98）分、（44.39±3.22）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的住院时间、住院费用明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。 结论 在护理管理中开展护理质控的效果显著，提高护理质量，增加心理弹性，缓解患者负面心理，改善生活质量，临床意义重大。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the importance of nursing quality control in nursing management. Methods 1652 cases of hospitalized patients from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing management， and patients in observation group were treated with nursing quality management. The satisfaction， ability of daily life and anxiety， depression and other mental state changes of two groups were compared. Results After the imlement of nursing quality management， the quality of life in the observation group were significantly improved， and the patients with CD-RICS （70.39±5.78）， ADL score （55.93±4.92） were significantly higher than the control group with [（61.29±4.19）， （47.39±3.87）]， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After nursing， the SAS score （37.90±3.31）， SDS score （36.48±3.11） in observation group were significantly better than the control group with [（45.39±3.98）， （44.39±3.22）]， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were lower than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing quality control in nursing management is remarkable. It can improve the quality of nursing， increase the psychological elasticity， alleviate the negative psychology of patients， and improve the quality of life. It is of great clinical significance.

近年來，临床就诊患者病情向复杂化发展，护理工作在提高医疗服务质量中的作用逐渐被认可，良好的护理服务在患者康复过程中有着极其重要的作用[1]。护理管理的目的在于提高临床护理服务质量，是医院护理质量管理水平的主要体现形式[2]。护理质控是开展护理管理工作的基础内容，做好护理质控反馈，加大管理力度，才能有效提高护理服务质量，为患者提供更好的优质护理服务[3]。因此，我院为进一步研究护理质控在护理管理中的重要性，特选取1652例住院患者资料，研究后报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将2014年1月～2016年12月经我院诊治的1652例住院患者随机纳入对照组、观察组两组，每组患者826例。对照组中420例男性患者，406例女性患者，年龄30～79岁，平均年龄（52.63±12.76）岁。观察组中425例男性患者，401例女性患者，年龄31～80岁，平均年龄（53.52±12.80）岁。纳入标准：（1）患者意识清醒，言语对答流利，详细填写住院须知；……
