[摘要]目的 探讨精细化护理在剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年2月～2016年1月我院收治的100例同时实施剖宫产和子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组、干预组，各50例。对照组患者予以常规护理，干预组患者予以常规护理辅以精细化护理，比较两组患者的术后恢复指标及护理满意度。结果 干预组的住院时间、体温转复时间（<38℃）、肛门排气时间及恶露干净时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预组患者的总护理满意度为96.0%，高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 剖宫产术联合子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用精细化护理进行干预，具有良好的应用效果，有利于加快患者术后康复速度，缩短住院时间，提高护理服务质量和患者的护理满意度，可在基层医院中推广应用。

Application effect of meticulous nursing in cesarean section and myomectomy

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of meticulous nursing in cesarean section and myomectomy.Methods From February 2014 to January 2016，100 cases of cesarean section and myomectomy treated in our hospital were selected as objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group，and there were 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing，while the intervention group received routine care supplemented by meticulous care.Postoperative recovery indicators and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results Hospitalization time，temperature converting time （<38℃），anal exhaust time and lochia clean time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Total nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the intervention group （96.0%） was higher than that of the control group （80.0%），and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention applied in cesarean section combined with myomectomy has good application effect.It can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation rate，shorten the hospitalization time，improve the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction degreof patients，and it can be popularized and applied in primary hospitals.

子宮肌瘤是女性生殖器中常发的一类由于子宫平滑肌增生，存在少量纤维结缔组织的良性肿瘤。近年来，伴随着女性生育年龄的增长，妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的发病率日益递增，其总人数为妊娠总数的1%～4%，为总子宫肌瘤人数的1%～2%[1]。据相关文献报道，妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的产生不仅严重威胁孕妇及胎儿的健康安全，也能提高妊娠并发症发生率[2]。研究显示，医治妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的主要手段为剖宫产联合子宫肌瘤剔除术应用精细化护理，其不但能减轻对母婴健康造成的伤害，也能避免再次手术带来的创伤[3]。手术效果的好坏受护理服务质量的制约，而精细化护理可在提高患者满意度的同时也有利于促进患者康复，因而，为了有效改善干预效果，本研究对我院收治的100例患者实施剖宫产术联合子宫肌瘤剔除术应用精细化护理，取得了良好的效果，具体报道如下。……
