【摘 要】在过滤脱水设备圆盘式加压过滤机和圆盘式真空过滤机上使用新型滤布冲洗装置，解决了原来的滤布冲洗和检修中存在的一些问题。它能使冲水更加均匀有力有效，全面冲洗到应当冲洗的地方，冲洗效率高，冲洗效果好，并容易长期保持良好的、稳定的设备状态和冲洗效果，对我厂的安全生产和效益起着积极作用。

【Abstract】In the filtration dehydration equipment， disc pressure filter and disc vacuum filter， the new filter cloth washing device is used to solve some problems existing in the washing and maintenance of the original filter cloth. The utility model can make the water flushing more uniform， powerful and effective， and fully wash to the places to be washed. The flushing efficiency is high and good， and the equipment condition and the flushing effect are maintained easily for a long time. It plays a positive role in the safety production and benefit of our factory.

1 概况介绍

平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司田庄选煤厂（简称“田选”）于1970年建成投产，是我国自主设计、建设的第一座大型全重介炼焦煤选煤厂，原设计能力为3.5 Mt/a[1]。经过几次大的技术改造，使设计能力提升到10 Mt/a[2]。工艺有所改进，生产效率效果有所提高。

田庄选煤厂采用块煤（300～16mm）重介质斜轮分选、末煤（16～2.5mm）重介质旋流器分选、粗煤泥（2.5～0.25mm）干扰床分选、煤泥水（0.5～0mm）浮选的联合工艺。根据原煤粒度级别越窄分选效果越好的原理[3]，四级分选流程更有优势。分选后，块精煤采用振动筛脱水，末精煤和粗煤泥精煤合在一起（称末粗精煤）采用卧式振动离心机脱水，浮选精煤脱水设备有三种：圆盘式加压过滤机、圆盘式真空过滤机、快开式隔膜压滤机，脱水后的块精煤、末粗精煤、浮精煤合在一起组成精煤产品入仓而成为入仓精煤。

煤炭经过洗选后，精煤带有较多的水分，需要脱水。精煤水分是精煤产品的一项重要指标，所以要控制好精煤水分。……
