[摘要] 目的 探究自我管理护理模式对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响情况。方法 选取2013年2月～2014年2月期间入我科诊治的160例变应性鼻炎患者，按照随机对照原则，分为观察组和对照组两组，各80例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予常规治疗合并自我管理护理，观察并比较两组患者的疗效及生活质量。结果 观察组在疗效和部分维度生活质量的改善方面，优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论自我管理护理模式的应用能够有效提高常规变应性鼻炎疗法的疗效，并显著改善患者生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To research the impact of self-management care for the life quality of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 160 patients with allergic rhinitis in our department from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected.According to the randomized controlling principles，they were divided into observation and control groups，with 80 patients in each.Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment，and patients in observation group were treated with conventional treatment combined with self-managed care.Observe and compare The efficacy and quality of life between those two groups were observed and compared. Results Efficacy and improvement in quality of life in some dimensions in observer group were better than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of self-managed care model can not only effectively enhance the efficacy of conventional therapy of allergic rhinitis，but also significantly improve the patientsquality of life.

變应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）是一种发生在鼻黏膜的变态反应性疾病，这种疾病最近数十年的发病率呈升高态势，在普通人群中的发病率可高达10～25%[1]。本病常以鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻分泌功能亢进及鼻黏膜肿胀等症状、体征为主要临床表现[2]，给患者带来巨大痛苦和不便，严重影响了其生活、学习、工作等日常活动。故探索改善AR患者生活质量的方法，已然成为我们急需关注的领域。在这种情况下，我们进行了本次研究，通过进行自我管理护理来干预患者，并以疗效和生活质量评价干预效果，现将具体情况报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2013年2月～2014年2月期间入我科

诊治的160例变应性鼻炎患者，男90例，女70例，年龄18～35岁。所有患者均有典型晨起鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流清涕等症状，并符合中华医学会耳鼻喉科学会制定的《变应性鼻炎诊断标准》[3]，病史均不少于2年。将所有患者按照就诊时间编号，用随机数字表法分为两组。……
