[摘要] 目的 討论两对比度对数视力表在临床中的应用，及测量正常人群的高对比度远视力、低对比度远视力及两者差值。 方法 研究对象来自我院准分子中心术前检查中矫正视力≥1.0者100例（200只眼，其中左眼100只、右眼100只），排除其他眼部疾病，先测右眼后测左眼再测双眼，每次均测高对比度视力100%、低对比度视力10%，其中高对比度视力与低对比度视力测量顺序采用随机分配原则，先高对比度视力后低对比度视力左眼共50只眼、右眼共50只眼、双眼共50例，先低对比度视力后高对比度视力左眼共50只眼、右眼共50只眼、双眼共50例，视力值采用LogMAR记录法。应用SPSS16.0统计软件进行配对t检验及Pearson相关分析。 结果 高对比度100%远视力测量结果：左眼：-0.09±0.01，右眼：-0.10±0.01，双眼：-0.09±0.01；低对比度10%远视力测量结果：左眼：0.10±0.01，右眼：0.09±0.01，双眼：0.09±0.01。左眼、右眼、双眼的高对比度100%远视力与低对比度10%远视力测量结果，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；高对比度100%远视力与低对比度10%远视力视力呈正线性相关（r=0.668，P<0.05）；高对比度100%远视力与低对比度10%远视力测量先后顺序，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 两对比度对数视力表检查视力是一项简便、准确的方法，比单一高对比度视力表检查能给予更多的视觉功能信息，以发现与视觉有关的眼病和障碍，本研究的数据为两对比度对数视力表临床应用提供参考价值。

Clinical application of Two-contrast logarithms visual acuity

[Abstract] Objective To explore the use of two-contrast Logarithms Visual Acuity Chart in ophthalmological clinic，and the differences of high and low contrast distance visual acuity in normal persons. Methods High-contrast distance visual acuity and low-contrast distance visual acuity were measured with Two-contrast Visual Acuity Chart（100% and 10%） in 100 cases（200 eyes，left eyes were 100，right eyes were 100），who were selected from the refractive-surgery center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University without any ocular disease and whose best corrected visual acuity （BCVA） were better than 1.0.Right eye then left eye and both eye were measured.The measuring sequence of two-contrast acuity chart was random distribution（low-contrast visual acuity chart after high-contrast visual acuity chart：50 left eyes，50 right eyes，50 both eyes；high-contrast visual acuity chart after low-contrast visual acuity chart：50 left eyes，50 right eyes，50 both eyes）.Visual value was logMAR.A paired-samples t-test and person correlation analysis were used to analyze the data with SPSS16.0 statistics software. Results The values for high-contrast distance visual acuity（100%） of left eye was-0.09±0.01，right eye was -0.10±0.01，both eye was-0.09±0.01low-contrast distance acuity（10%） of left eye was 0.10±0.01，right eye was 0.09±0.01，both eye was 0.09±0.01.The significant difference was significant difference （left eye，right eye and both eye） （P<0.01）. The high-contrast distance acuity was linearly related to low-contrast distance acuity （r=0.668， （P<0.05）. Conclusion The Two-contrast Logarithms Visual Acuity Chart test is a quick and reliable method for visual acuity，providing more information compared with single high contrast visual acuity test，to identify vision related eye diseases and disorders.The data of this study provide two reference values for clinical application of contrast logarithmic visual acuity table.
