摘要阐述了济南市绿色农业经济发展的现状，分析了其有利形势及存在的问题，提出了加快济南市绿色农业经济发展的对策，如合理规划绿色农业发展；加快绿色农产品开发和体系建设；建设并推广绿色农业示范区和龙头企业；强化政策扶持和引导，以促进济南市农业经济的发展。

AbstractThe development status of green agricultural economy of Jinan was expounded， and the beneficial situation and the existing problems of the development of green agricultural economy were analyzed. Finally， the countermeasures for speeding up the development of green agricultural economy were proposed， such as planning the development of green agriculture rationally， accelerating the research of green agricultural products and the construction of market system， developing and spreading green agricultural economic demonstration zone and leading enterprise， intensifying policy support and guidance， in order to promote the development of the agricultural economy in Jinan City.

绿色农业是指充分利用先进的科学技术、工作装备和管理经验，以可持续发展为原则[1]，以促进农产品、生态安全以及提高农业综合经济的协调统一为目标，推动人类社会和经济全面、协调、可持续发展的全新的农业发展模式[2]。但是由于受传统农业经济发展方式的影响，绿色农业经济的发展依然任重而道远[3]。

笔者以济南市为研究对象，通过研究济南市绿色农业经济发展的现状，分析其发展绿色农业经济面临的主要问题，进而找出加快绿色农业发展的有效途径，以促进农业经济快速可持续发展。

1济南市绿色农业经济发展现状

近几年来，济南市在发展现代农业的基础上，大力提倡绿色农业的发展。随着政策扶持和技术推广，济南市的绿色农业生产基地数量逐年增加，并结合现有资源发展特色济南农业。在具体实施过程中，通过典型示范、政策倾斜等措施，从整体上提升济南市现代农业在国际市场上的竞争实力。……
