摘要：幽门螺杆菌（Hp）是严重威胁人类健康的一种革兰氏阴性致病菌，随着抗生素的滥用，Hp耐药现象日渐严重，已成为导致Hp相关性疾病治疗失败的主要原因。因此，寻找干预Hp耐药的有效方法已成为临床中亟待解决的实际问题。中西医在耐药Hp的治疗中发挥着各自的优势，本文通过对中西医关于Hp耐药的研究现状、干预作用的梳理，为Hp相关性疾病的临床治疗提供新的路径。

Abstract： Helicobacter pylori （Hp） is a kind of Gram negative pathogen which serious threats human health. With the widespread use of antibiotics， the drug resistance of Hp is more and more serious， which has become the leading cause of failure in the treatment of Hp related diseases. Therefore， effective ways to find the intervention of drug resistance of Hp have become a practical problem to be solved in clinic. TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of drug resistant of Hp play their respective advantages. This article analyzed the research status quo and intervention effects of TCM and Western medicine for drug resistance of Hp， with a purpose to provide a new path for clinical treatment of Hp related diseases.

幽門螺杆菌（Hp）是消化系统主要致病菌之一，与慢性胃炎、消化道溃疡、黏膜相关的淋巴瘤等疾病有必然的联系，被认为是胃黏膜癌变的高危因素[1]。2012年，我国第四次全国幽门螺杆菌感染处理共识意见中，明确提出Hp感染者应积极根除[2]。然而治疗失败的病例却逐年增加，尤其抗生素的滥用导致Hp耐药成为根除治疗失败的最主要原因[3-4]，使越来越多的患者不得不面临相应的补救治疗[5]，也使Hp感染性疾病从单一用药到二联、三联或四联治疗。因此，对Hp耐药的干预方法和策略的研究是目前临床中亟待解决的问题。近年来，随着国内中医及中西医结合针对Hp研究的开展，越来越多的报道指出中西医联合可有效提升Hp的根除率，加强抗生素的敏感性，其中部分药物既有抑菌作用，又有胃黏膜保护作用。中药具有耐药性低、个体化强等优势。中西医结合治疗Hp不仅能大大降低Hp耐药，更能互相协助以调
