摘要 以唐庄镇岗槽村为例，运用文献查阅法、访谈法、实地观察法等对该村农业环境问题进行了调查。结果表明，岗槽村面临的主要农业环境问题是秸秆的弃置与焚烧、生活垃圾在田间处理不当；该村有必要采取相应的处理技术解决好农业环境问题，保障粮食安全，推进农业绿色发展。并在此基础上提出了几种解决对策，包括农作物秸秆的污染控制，生活垃圾处理，政府政策引导，加强宣传和知识普及。

Problems of Agricultural Environment and Pollution Control Strategy in Weihui City—Taking Gangcao Village of Tangzhuang Township as an Example

Abstract Taking Gangcao Village of Tangzhuang Township as an example，using the literature method，interview method，observation method， a survey on the problems of agricultural environment in this village was conducted.The results showed that main agricultural environmental problems in the village were the abandonment and burning of straw and improper disposal of domestic waste in the field.It was necessary for the village to take appropriate measures to solve the problems of agricultural environment，ensure food security and promote the development of green agriculture.Based on this，some countermeasures were put forward including crop straw pollution control，waste disposal， government policy guidance， publicity enhancement and knowledge popularization.

党的十八届五中全会上，习近平同志提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享“五大发展理念”，将绿色发展作为关系我国发展全局的一个重要理念。要推进绿色发展，建设美丽中国，就要推进绿色惠民、绿色生产，保护生态环境就是保障民生，改善生态环境就是改善民生，要减少生产过程中的材料和能源浪费，提高资源利用率，减少废弃物排放量，加强废弃物处理[1]。

卫辉市是我国重要的小麦商品粮基地和棉花基地，尽管多年来卫辉市农业成果丰硕，但仍存在不少环境问题。笔者以卫辉市唐庄镇岗槽村为例，综述了该地区的农业环境问题及对策，以期为推进绿色农业发展提供科学依据。

1 研究区域概况

1.1 区域位置

卫辉市位于河南省北部，太行山东麓，中原腹地，古黄河北岸。地理坐标为113°51′～114°19′ E，35°19′～35°42′ N。西北部窄，东南部宽，空间直线距离南北长约43 km，东西宽约35 km，总面积为858.86 km2，是新乡市地缘最近的卫星城，属新乡市代管的省辖县级市，下辖7镇6乡。……
