【摘 要】目前，我国经济的快速增长带动了建筑行业的快速发展，但是，建筑行业在面临发展机遇的同时，各项建筑要求也在不断提高。尤其是在现阶段我国能源紧缺的情况下，如何在建筑领域达到节能降耗，减少环境污染的目的，更是建筑行业所要解决的重点问题。因此，建筑企业要不断加强对绿色施工技术的研究及运用，缓解当前我国环境及能源压力。论文对绿色施工技术及其在民用建筑中的应用进行了分析。

【Abstract】At present， China's rapid economic growth led to the rapid development of the construction industry， but the construction industry is in the face of opportunities for development at the same time， the building requirements are also constantly improving. Especially in the current situation of China's energy shortage， how to achieve energy saving and environmental pollution reduction in the construction field， is the key problem that the construction industry should solve. Therefore， the construction enterprises should continue to strengthen the green construction technology research and application， to alleviate the current environment and energy pressure. Green construction technology and its application in civil buildings are analyzed in this paper.

1 引言

随着近些年我国加大了对节能环保的重视，各行各业也开始了对节能环保型企业的创新，推动了节能环保技术的发展。建筑施工行业是我国经济建设中的重要产业，其所消耗的能源资源占我国总能源消耗量的很大比例，因此，要想有效控制我国的能源消耗，减少环境污染问题，其中一项重要措施就是在建筑工程施工中运用绿色施工技术，通过建筑工程项目的绿色施工来控制能源的消耗量。所以，在民用建筑中，建筑施工企业要重点把握绿色施工技术的要点与特性，根据建筑项目的实际要求，对绿色施工技术进行有效运用。

2 绿色施工技术简介

绿色施工技术主要指的是在施工过程中，充分利用节能环保理念，再结合先进的施工技术，来对建筑工程项目进行施工的一种技术。绿色施工技术主要分为节能施工技术与环保施工技术，因此，民用建筑施工中，要将这两项技术结合起来，充分发挥绿色施工技术在民用建筑工程中的真正作用。……
