摘要： 针对大学生对专业理解不深的现实情况和教育部关于加强实践教学的文件精神，分析了财经类院校工程管理专业所面临的现状并指出了其在实践教学中遇到的问题，指出了建立工程管理综合实训实验平台、健全“双师双能型”教师引进与培养机制的必要性，并强调了需从三个层面确保实践教学的顺利开展。

Abstract： In view of the fact that the students are not familiar with the major and according to the document spirit by education department of strengthen practice teaching， this paper analyzes the present situation of engineering management major in finance and economics colleges and expounds the problems encountered in practice teaching. The necessity is pointed out that comprehensive experiment platform of engineering management should be established and the introduction and cultivation mechanism of double qualified teachers should be perfected. It is emphasized that three steps should be taken to guarantee practical teaching going smoothly.

0 引言

现行教育制度下，多数学生在高考填报志愿时对专业的概念并不清晰，不知道大学里应该学什么，毕业后能做什么。对于工程管理专业的学生，大学四年是充分认识工程管理专业、形成工程管理思维、参与工程管理实践、获得工程管理经验的大好机会。2012年1月，教育部等部门发表意见指出“要全面落实本科专业类教学质量国家标准对实践教学的基本要求，加强实践教学管理，提高实验、实习、实践和毕业设计（论文）质量”[1]。如何结合财经类院校工程管理专业的特点，开展行之有效的实践教学，是财经类院校面临的一项艰巨任务，本文就这一问题进行探讨，供同行参考。

1 财经类院校工程管理专业实践教学面临的现状及出现的问题

目前全国开设工程管理专业的院校有400余所，其中不乏国家重点建设的“985工程”、“211工程”的综合类高校，工程专业实力较强的理工类高校。前两类高校具有实力雄厚的工程技术背景及配套设施齐全的工程实验室；……
