摘要：近年来，随着改革开放的不断深入，我国交通运输行业得到了飞速发展，正在面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战，在这种形势下，我国交通公路运输工程的发展程度史无前例。基于此，公路工程施工单位要想取得更大的经济效益和社会效益，应在施工阶段就对工程成本进行科学的控制，选择科学合理的控制方法和措施，真正意义上提高其竞争力。本文首先分析了当前交通公路运输工程成本控制中存在的问题，然后基于交通公路运输工程成本控制应遵循的原则，提出了相应的成本控制措施，以期促进公路工程的长远发展。

Abstract： In recent years， with the deepening of reform and opening-up， China's transportation industry has made rapid development， and is facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges. In this situation， the development degree of highway transportation project in China is unprecedented. Based on this， if highway construction units want to achieve greater economic benefits and social benefits， should scientifically control the engineering cost in the construction stage， select control methods and measures， and truly improve their competitiveness. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in highway traffic and transportation engineering cost control， and based on principles followed by the highway traffic and transportation engineering in cost control， puts forward the corresponding cost control measures， in order to promote the long-term development of highway engineering.

0 引言

运输业发展直接影响着区域经济的发展，公路作为连接运输业和区域经济最重要的方式，具有举足轻重的作用。随着我国经济社会的飞速发展，我国各个地区之间的距离正在逐渐拉近，这离不开公路运输工程的支持，尤其是对于物流业而言，公路运输工程的作用更是不言而喻。随着互联网时代的来临，物流业发展趋势不断上涨，为我国经济做出了巨大的贡献，但物流业的发展和交通公路运输工程紧密相关，由此可知我国公路运输是各个行业发展的连接纽带，一个行业是否成熟，成本控制能力是不可或缺的检验要素。但不可忽视的是在交通公路运输工程中存在成本问题，因此，为了使施工单位的利益最大化，应采取有效措施严格控制成本问题，尽量避免出现资源浪费的情况。……
